I’m Patti, the owner and baker at Patti Cakes Zambia. I’ve always had a passion for baking, I fondly remember giving my mom peanut butter cookies to sell at her workplace when I was very young. The last almost three years at home with my daughter have reignited that passion and I’m not losing it ever again!
